We want to live out Matthew 25:35-36

35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. 36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.

Areas We Support

1. Veteran Outreach

We will be reaching out and engaging the Veteran Community in whatever ways we can to give them access to our Drug & Alcohol recovery (Celebrate Recovery) temporary emergency assistance(backpack kits) and get them someone who will walk them through the process of the government system to get them the help they need. We will also provide connections when the darkness gets the loudest they have someone they can connect with.

2. Emergency Care

There are great ministries with great resources and systems for long term care. We want to be the bridge to those but also in that bridge offer them temporary relief. We will do this through backpack kits and connecting them with Food Pantry which we have through United for the Homeless and if they need it our Foster Care and single moms closet.

Backpack Kits will consist of a 3 day supply that would include toiletries, easy open food, and possibly some clothing if needed.

3. Food Pantry

United for the Homeless feeds the community through a food pantry located in our Dream Center.

4. Foster Kids

We have a clothing closet and connections to get emergency placement kids clothes, food, and necessities. Single moms will also have access to this. Already located in the gym. We will also help TRAC camps in the summer.

5. Drug and Alcohol Recovery

We do this by feeding and Celebrate Recovery on Friday Nights. Everyone has been touched by or experienced drug and alcohol addiction whether it be personally of through family and friends. We want to provide resources, sponsors, and felt needs such as food on Friday nights. We believe in fully sharing Jesus as the main part of the recovery process.

6. Bus Ministry

Visiting, engaging and helping our elderly such as Presbyterian Apartments. If they want to come to church we get them. Also partnering with the Kentuck area and Bobby Bonner at Revolution Church to reach that community. If they want to come to church we pick them up.

7. Impact Team Engagement

We will be partnering w/ Kingdom Kitchen (Pastor’s Restaurant) to reach the Hispanic and Guatamalen community. We will roll out to Kentuck Neighborhoods and will look to engage with neighborhood that Baseball Country ministers to in Aliceville/Pickensville areas.

8. Disaster Relief

This team will be called out in the event of a tornado, hurricane or Alien invasion. (just seeing if your paying attention) We have equipment, grills, and tools.

9. Fishermen Outreach

How many fishermen don’t think church is for them? How many father/son teams are not involved in church? It’s time to go fishing, I mean the whole church was started by a few fishermen, they are a pretty big deal and a huge outreach.
